Where offered, trials are free and no charge is made until the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Because AuditedModels delivers digital content immediately upon subscription, refunds are granted at our discretion within 14 days of the initial purchase if the Service was not materially used. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. By subscribing and accessing the Service immediately, you consent to waive this right once access begins.
Email support@auditedmodels.com from the email on your account with your order reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
